At QHC, we produce corn cob meal using sustainable and efficient methods. The process begins with the corn harvest, where the corn cob—a byproduct left after shelling the kernels—is carefully collected. We exclusively grow non-GMO corn varieties locally, employing traditional farming methods that have been practiced for generations on mountainous terrain. Importantly, we avoid using pesticides from planting through to harvesting.
By transforming agricultural waste into a valuable new product, we contribute to a more sustainable future in our lives!
